N3FJP software keys thru your computer's 'RTS' pin, the USB/RS232/FTDI cable is then optically coupled to the cable that keys your radio.
Each cable is wired with a 1/8" CW plug (also comes with 1/4" adapter) about 5 feet of cable between your computer USB and the radio's CW jack.
